for their Datacomm customers. Having Panduit's low voltage connectivity line of

distributors to offer both a complete electrical and datacom supplies to the New
York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey areas.

Press Release Body = Cooper Communications will supply Panduit's high end PanNet
Network solution product line, one of the premiere lines favored by end users and
specifiers alike, and the contractor friendly Net Key line. Also to be included is
Panduit's fiber runner line, the first name in fiber optic raceway products as
Panduit's wireless solutions. Rounding out this partnership is the logistical
support of VMI, a vendor managed inventory service, which adds value to the high
level service Cooper already executes for their customers. In general, this makes
Panduit's datacom products a great new addition to the Cooper Communications
distribution line.
